Engaging AGC is simple and flexible.

We work with our APS colleagues to figure out what’s right for them. Because we are part of the APS, it is not necessary to go through a procurement process.

How we can help

Our team brings diverse consulting capability spanning policy, strategy and organisational performance. AGC can also partner with experts across the APS.

We combine an ‘outsider’ perspective and specialist expertise with ‘insider’ insight – we have a deep understanding of the APS and know what it takes to effect change.

Strategy and policy

We undertake data-driven policy and strategy projects to help the APS provide robust advice to government and deliver for Australians. AGC can support policy reviews, portfolio strategy, new policy proposals, program design and impact analysis.

Organisational performance

We support APS agencies to design and deliver fit-for-purpose operating models, evidence-based transformation and change initiatives, and workforce strategies. We also help agencies to prioritise, and implement productivity and process improvements.

Buy better

We support APS agencies to get better value from the market though clear project scoping, performance analytics on consulting spend and more strategic engagement. Our ‘buy better’ work includes strategic commissioning models that enhance agency procurement, as well as advice on specific consultancy projects.
