Australian Government Consulting (AGC) within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C), is collecting your personal information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
For the same purpose, we may also provide this information to AGC's partners, Advisory Group and/or specialist network, all of which are either directly or contractually bound to handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
- Partners and Advisory Group members are high calibre Australian Public Service (APS) Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders or recently retired SES with previous senior executive experience, and/or substantial experience with consultancy practice in an APS context. The partners will use their expert knowledge on specific subject matter and leadership practice to inform the advice AGC provides. The Advisory Group supports the strategic direction and performance of AGC to ensure the function meets intended objectives.
- AGC may also provide the information to our specialist network if the enquiry requires specialist knowledge. The specialist network points of contact may be part of Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities or Corporate Commonwealth Entities such as the Productivity Commission and CSIRO.
Providing the requested information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide us with your information, we may only be able to provide you with limited or general advice, or may not be able to reply to you.
AGC will not provide the information collected from you to anyone else outside of PM&C other than to abovementioned AGC partners, Advisory Group members and/or the specialist network unless you have given consent for us to do this, or we are authorised or required to do so by law.
